This course provides an introduction to the geopolitics of oil. You’ll learn how geopolitics influences the oil industry, and how oil, in its turn, influences geopolitics. We’ll cover the politics of supply, trade flows and infrastructure, and how international oil companies get access to resources. We’ll review the main areas of geopolitical risk and how geopolitics has impacted oil prices.
