Clara Spinetto

President and CEO of Mennta Energy Solutions, created Princeton Energy Programme in 1992 and PrincetonLive.com in 1999. In 2000 she engineered the merger with The College of Petroleum and Energy Studies, forming Mennta Energy Solutions, of which she is President. She has provided the vision and leadership behind Mennta Energy Solutions's innovative and successful approach to interactive professional education, building it into the global leading provider of energy education. She has a master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), after which she began her career in energy commodity trading at Amerada Hess. During her time at Amerada Hess, and later Total CFP, she came to appreciate the lack of industry training for those in and around commodity trading and operations groups.


Bethan Clark

Vice President of Global Operations, began her career in training in 1998 as a Promotions Assistant for the British Council. Further to this, she then worked for the Hartwell Training Academy as a Training coordinator. Bethan joined Mennta Energy Solutions in 2000 as the Venue and Programme Coordinator becoming the Oxford Operations Manager in 2005. In 2006 Bethan's responsibilities increased to encompass global responsibility for operations and programme management. Bethan attended Swansea University in Wales with a Higher National Diploma in Business.


Andrew Infante

Vice President Global Sales & Marketing, joined Mennta Energy Solutions in 2008 as Global Marketing Coordinator and was elevated to Global Marketing Manager in 2012.  In 2017, Andrew’s responsibilities increased again to Vice President where he leads the marketing and advertising efforts as well as focusing overall brand management.  In 2019, he took on an active role in the Sales Department.  He is also a member of the product development team where he assists in developing the state-of-the-art instructor-led and online energy training offered by Mennta Energy Solutions.   Andrew graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.


Bill Randall

Global Online Training Manager, Bill began his training experience began in 2002 with Thames Valley Police, where he taught IT and communications.  He progressed within the service to the Technology-led Operations group, which had some additional instructor duties attached to it.  Bill later worked for KnowledgePool, as a Learning Advisor for large companies such as Aviva, before joining Mennta Energy Solutions in 2013 as Product Manager for Online Training.  In 2014 Bill’s responsibilities increased with the new role of Global Online Training Manager.  Bill attended Aylesbury College, receiving a Diploma in Further and Adult Education Teaching.
